Dying Light: 7 years later, it’s really the end of DLC with the release of a Definitive Edition

Dying Light celebrated its 7th birthday in January, a few days before the release of Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Techland had not yet put the initial episode aside for as much, because he has since announced a Dieselpunk DLCa final extension for Hellraid and offering the content of the Enhanced Edition to owners of the base game.

It smelled like the fall of the curtain for Dying Lightand this is now official Techland. Yes, Gone are the updates and DLCseven if the developers undertake to bring back past events from time to time to continue to keep the community alive.

This release marks an important moment in the history of Dying Light. On the one hand, it is the showcase of 7 years of immense love and support for this game; on the other hand, it is the grand finale of our adventures in Harran. Once again, we couldn’t be happier with the success and unforgettable memories this game has brought us, mainly thanks to our wonderful community. And yet, we also believe that now is the time to turn the page and focus on brand new adventures in the city of Villedor.

The output that evokes Techlandit is that of Dying Light: Definitive Edition, which will be the bundle Ultimate Dying Light and its 26 DLCs5 more than since the Platinum Edition. Besides, don’t panic. the Definitive Edition will be offered to holders of the Platinum Edition at no additional cost, while everyone else can temporarily buy it digitally from 70% off in the following days its launch on June 9 on Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, Playstation Store and Microsoft Store.
