Dyson Hot+Cool

Superfluous in summer, practical in winter: devices with the name “Hot+Cool” serve both as fans and as fan heaters. You can easily switch modes as you need them.

Dyson Pure, Purifier, Formaldehyde

“Pure” indicates that the device purifies the air. All of these Dyson models have a HEPA 13 filter and an activated carbon coating. With “Purifier” a HEPA 13 filter and an additional activated charcoal filter are used instead, the activated charcoal coating is omitted. Devices with the addition “Formaldehyde” have, according to the name, another filter specifically for formaldehyde.

Dyson Humidify

“Humidify” is used by the English company for any device that can serve as a humidifier. These not only clean the air, but also mix it with previously cleaned water for a more pleasant indoor climate.

Dyson Link

If you buy a product that has Link in its name, this means that you can control it via the Dyson Link app via smartphone or tablet and voice. However, there are also Dyson devices that can also be controlled via app, but do not have the suffix. You should therefore take a look at the respective product page if it is important to you.
