EA Sports FC will be released for PC and consoles in 2023, but there could only be one version. A note also indicates paid updates.

The second half of the year will see the release of EA Sports FC, the soccer sim that decades ago was, and still is, known as “FIFA”.
According to rumors from the Twitter channel FUTZone, the introduction of the new name could start a new sales model from Publisher EA. According to FUTZone, it is possible for EA to only publish one version, and fans should then be able to update it annually for a fee.
Still view this possible concept with skepticism, but with a fresh start in a sense, EA could actually decide on new monetization methods.
So far there has been a new game every year, which has always been available in physical form in stores.
