Egg hunts are for children! We have a few ideas here to help adults get excited about the holidays too.

With these 5 Easter ideas, the days will be fun for adults too

1. Better mood and lots of cake by blowing out eggs

Well, blowing out is tiring and time-consuming, but it reduces aggression (see point 4). Aside from that, the blown out eggs for daycare or tree branch decorations at home also have to be used for something useful. Optionally for a really delicious, beautifully greasy chocolate cake, which in turn lifts the mood enormously. Or you can just take it for point two.

2. A good reason to sip a liqueur

Clear, Easter is not the occasion to celebrate big parties. Especially not on Good Friday. But let’s be honest: Jesus liked wine too! Apart from that, a well-groomed eggnog is not half as grandmotherly as we all used to think, but completely delicious. You can also call it “eggnog” in English, then it sounds much hipper. Sounds like Christmas? Pah, we don’t care. In addition, the egg from blowing out (see point 1) has to go somewhere. Bottom up!

3. Looking for eggs – the best activity for children!

You just have to hide enough eggs in really good places and the fun will last forever. The little ones have great fun, the older ones do what they enjoy. This can be, for example, casual alcohol consumption – keyword “eggnog” – or extensive consumption of chocolate cake (see point 1).

4. Reducing aggression while painting eggs – or “Say it through the egg!”

Edding out and go – here you can not only conjure up great patterns, but also distribute wonderful messages. A loving “Talking is silver, silence is gold” in golden script on your mother-in-law’s Easter egg, for example, can break down well-built feelings of hatred and at the same time sensitively convey a hidden message. Alternatively, you can simply paint a whole egg black with a lot of taste. It’s something different and not everyone has it. It’s better to start with boiled eggs, they can handle more than the boiled ones.

5. Just let the pig, er, the rabbit out!

What’s the point, Easter only comes once a year and that can be celebrated too! This can be done in different ways: with a nice church trip or, even more fun, with a proper egg hunt for adults. All you have to do is invite a few fun friends and off you go on the treasure hunt. It’s even more fun if at least one of the group is dressed as a rabbit. Now not just as a lame playboy bunny (also possible if you want), but in a really nice ironic bunny costume (like in the “Gustav Gans” video from “Beginner”). Of course it’s exaggerated and makes no sense, but it really brings the mood into the place.
