Monday: Savoy and ham casserole

Thursday: Chicken strips with dates

Friday: pasta salad with braised vegetables

Saturday: Bell pepper cake with rocket
Tarte flambée with a difference: we coat the finished bases with ajvar and crème fraîche and top them with peppers, red onions and walnuts. Finally, the pepper cake is garnished with rocket.
