Ecology: press publishers commit to the transition


The industry is launching its white paper on Tuesday. It also wishes to strengthen its editorial coverage of the climate challenge.

The sector begins its “turning green”. In this month of February 2023, the various families of the French press, represented by their unions under the aegis of the Alliance for Press and Media Figures (ACPM), are launching a white paper to highlight their commitments at a time of ecological transition. It aims to describe the major projects already implemented by publishers, as well as those to come, “to both citizens, advertisers, but also public authorities”, commented Jean-Paul Dietsch, Deputy Director General of the CMPA. This white paper was produced within the framework of the commission “the press is committed to the environment”founded last year.
