Econocom provides details on the acquisition of Semic SA in Spain and on its quarterly revenue on a pro forma basis

Following questions from financial analysts regarding the acquisition of Semic, which was announced on June 28, 2022, Econocom wishes to provide the following clarifications:
in 2021, Semic generated EBITDA of around €2 million;
51% of the shares have been acquired and the company is consolidated from April 1, 2022;
the balance will be the subject of a second installment in March 2025.
Furthermore, Econocom specifies that following the reclassification of certain entities as discontinued operations, pro forma revenue
