(Boursier.com) — After entering into exclusive negotiations with the Spanish shipowner Boluda with a view to selling it 100% of the shares of the company Les Abeilles, as announced on March 4, Econocom indicates today that all the CSEs of the companies concerned by this transfer have now issued a favorable opinion on the operation.
It also allowed Econocom and Boluda to finalize and sign their agreements yesterday evening, which however remain subject to the usual suspensive conditions in this type of transaction, including obtaining the approval of the French authorities.
Econocom confirms its objective of completing the transaction by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2024, as planned in its One econocom strategic plan announced in November 2023.
