(Boursier.com) — Econocom confirms the sale of its subsidiary Les Abeilles to the Boluda group.
For Econocom, this sale “is fully in line with its program of disinvestment of non-strategic assets” and gives the group a financing capacity allowing it to achieve approximately half of the external growth planned by its 2024-2028 strategic plan One econocom .
In the immediate future, it makes it possible to significantly reduce Econocom’s financial debt without calling into question the 2024 forecast for turnover growth.
