A year after experiencing an unprecedented crisis, how is the Transdev group doing?
We are doing better than before. We found an average attendance rate of around 80 to 85% in most countries where Transdev is present. Overall, we can say that the customers have returned. And that’s the good news, even if, as we had expected, we note a reduction of 10 to 15% compared to 2019, linked to teleworking and also to a more intensive use of “active” modes (walking, cycling) for daily travel, especially in urban centres.
Today, we are faced with a new challenge, that of the rising cost of energy. We are currently in discussion with local authorities…
