Edenred: Appointment to the Executive Committee

(Boursier.com) — Constance Le Bouar is appointed General Manager Strategy and Performance and will join the Group’s Executive Committee Edenred from December 19, 2023. A graduate of HEC Paris, Constance Le Bouar began her career in 2008 at Bain & Company France as a strategy consultant. In 2013, she joined the ADP group (Aéroports de Paris), where she took part in the development of travel retail activities, both internationally and in Paris airports, notably as part of a joint venture with Lagardère. In 2017, she became director of strategy and mergers and acquisitions at Pernod Ricard in New York (United States). There, she led various business transformation projects and several mergers and acquisitions aimed at enriching the company’s product portfolio and strengthening its competitiveness.
Since 2021, Constance Le Bouar has served as director of strategy and development for Edenred’s “Employee Benefits” business line.

As General Manager Strategy and Performance, Constance Le Bouar will oversee Edenred’s strategic and performance initiatives. She will lead transformation programs aimed at expanding Edenred’s transversal capabilities in the areas of customer experience, commercial excellence and innovation. She will orchestrate the execution of the Beyond22-25 strategic plan across the Group’s three business lines by strengthening its platform operating model to accelerate acquisition, engagement and monetization.

Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Constance Le Bouar reports to Bertrand Dumazy, Chairman and CEO of Edenred.
