(CercleFinance.com) – Select Equity Group, acting on behalf of the funds and clients it manages, declared that on July 18, 2022 it crossed the threshold of 5% of the company’s voting rights Edenred and hold, on behalf of said funds and clients, 12,744,453 Edenred shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.11% of the capital and 4.99% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Edenred shares on the market.
