(Boursier.com) — EDF is displayed at 11.9 euros this Friday, very close to the expected offer from the French government – at 12 euros per share – to increase to 100% of the capital of the energy company which is intended to be withdrawn from the stock market. The Reuters agency understands this Friday that the French government should formally launch its offer by the end of September “and perhaps earlier than that”. The agency cites three sources with knowledge of the matter.
