(CercleFinance.com) – EDF announces that Béatrice Buffon will be proposed as President and CEO of EDF Renewables at the EDF Renewables Board of Directors on April 5, 2024.
She will continue her activities as Group Executive Director in charge of International Management.
Consequently, EDF indicates that Bruno Bensasson, Group Executive Director in charge of the Renewable Energy Sector and Chairman and CEO of EDF Renewables, will cease his functions within the Group as of April 15, 2024 in order to pursue other professional projects.
