(CercleFinance.com) – The AMF has announced that the squeeze-out targeting EDF 2024 shares and oceans will take place on June 8, at prices net of all costs of 12 euros per share and 15.52 euros per ocean. The suspension of securities listing is maintained until its implementation.
The squeeze-out will relate to 91,454,896 EDF shares, representing 2.19% of the capital and 1.99% of the voting rights of the energy group, as well as 35,400 oceanes 2024, i.e. 44.09% of the oceanes 2024 in circulation.
