EDF announced on Wednesday that its teams began loading the fuel assemblies of the Flamanville EPR reactor (Manche) during the day, the day after the commissioning authorization was granted by the Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN).
Charging should last several days, the energy company said in a press release, adding that connection to the national electricity grid was planned for this summer.
