PARIS (Reuters) – EDF is recovering from the unprecedented shocks it experienced in 2022, its CEO Luc Rémont said on Tuesday during a hearing at the National Assembly.

The energy company also sees the end of winter with confidence in terms of production, even if it is necessary to remain vigilant, added Luc Rémont, who became CEO of the group in November, in the process of being completely renationalized by the State.

Luc Rémont is questioned on Tuesday by a commission of inquiry aimed at establishing the reasons for the loss of sovereignty and energy independence of France.
