(CercleFinance.com) – EDF announces that its board of directors, which met on November 18, has decided to co-opt Luc Rémont as a director, with a view to his appointment as chairman and chief executive officer.
He was until now managing director, international operations and member of the executive committee of Schneider Electric, a group he joined in 2014 after having worked for many years at the Ministry of Finance, then at the Merrill Lynch bank.
As director, Luc Rémont will replace François Delattre for the remainder of his term of office, i.e. until the end of the general meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending at the end of 2024. .
