(CercleFinance.com) – EDF announces the opening of the simplified takeover bid filed by the French State for EDF equity securities, an offer which was declared compliant yesterday by the AMF.
The Offer price is 12.00 euros per EDF share and 15.52 euros per OCEANE.
The Offer will be open from November 24, 2022 until December 22, 2022 inclusive.
EDF specifies that the French State intends to implement a squeeze-out procedure on EDF’s shares and OCEANEs if the conditions are met at the end of the Offer.
