(CercleFinance.com) – EDF has successfully launched a hybrid bond issue denominated in euros for an amount of 1 billion euros with a coupon of 7.5% and a 6-year redemption option at the option of the Company .
Consequently, following the successful issuance of these New Notes, the Company announces its intention to exercise its option to redeem in full on January 29, 2023 the USD Hybrid Notes, which are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
