(CercleFinance.com) – The concert composed of the French State and the EPIC Bpifrance declared to the AMF to have crossed upwards, on February 3, the threshold of 90% of the capital of EDF and to hold concert 90.08% of the capital and 93.12% of the voting rights of the energy group.
This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of EDF shares by the French State as part of the simplified public purchase offer initiated by the latter, an offer which was open from November 24, 2022 to February 3.
