2024 - EDF: the State and Bpifrance hold more than 90% of the votes

(CercleFinance.com) – The concert composed of the French State and EPIC Bpifrance declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on November 28, 2022, the threshold of 90% of the company’s voting rights EDF and jointly hold 85.12% of the capital and 90.09% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of EDF shares by the French State within the framework of the simplified tender offer targeting EDF shares initiated by the latter.
