Geneva (awp) – Geneva-based private bank Edmond de Rothschild is launching a joint venture with Fundament Advisory to acquire residential real estate in Germany, under the name EdR REIM Fundament (Fundament).
Edmond de Rothschild is extending its geographical coverage in this area, being already active in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, according to the press release published on Thursday. Fundament Advisory manages around 100 investments comprising more than 3,000 units in Berlin and Munich for a gross value of 500 million euros.
