(Boursier.com) — The entrepreneurial group Eduform’Action is continuing its development program by announcing that it will become the majority shareholder of Doceo Formation, following its participation in a capital increase.
The founders of Doceo Formation retain a stake in the latter and will continue to support its development within the new entity.
Doceo Formation, a specialist in support, promotion and training of trainers, is an innovative training organization that puts digital technology at the service of people. Co-founded in February 2021, Doceo Formation is successfully growing around four areas of activity: a digital platform; a 100% online professional retraining program; a dedicated Apprentice Training Center; a development center for digital solutions and business applications.
The activities developed by Doceo Formation present multiple synergies with the entities of the Eduform’Action Group, whether for research or the training of trainers, to facilitate the deployment of training throughout the territory, to diversify the apprenticeships and diplomas offered or to support training centers in their digitization.
