Faketoshi takes to insults – The whistleblower Edward Snowden himself participated in the creation of a crypto: Zcash (ZEC). He is therefore well placed to have an intuition on the personality of Satoshi Nakamotothe creator of Bitcoin (BTC). Even though, like all of us, Snowden doesn’t know who Satoshi is, he is on the other hand absolutely sure who he isn’t: Craig S. Wright (CSW).
Edward Snowden celebrates Bitcoin, Craig Wright comes to insult him
It all started with the simple and happy feast of 14ᵉ birthday from WhitePaper of Bitcoin by Edward Snowdenon his account Twitter. This white paper of the ancestor of all cryptocurrencies was, in fact, published for the first time on October 31, 2008by the still anonymous and unknown Satoshi Nakamoto.
It could very well have remained at this small celebration, but Craig Wright – major BSV project support (a fork of Bitcoin Cash) – has come insult Edward Snowden in response to his tweet.

Do you think the inventor of Bitcoin could call Snowden “traitorous junk”?
Satoshi Nakamoto is imbued with anarcho-libertarian philosophy of the Cypherpunk movement, which preceded (and led to) the advent of Bitcoin. It would undoubtedly be A support whistleblowers as Julian Assange or Edward Snowden, who denounce state crimes (in this case, from the USA).
But, when he was not asked anything, CSW arrives and insults Snowden as “treasonous junk”. A man who has sacrificed his life and had to exile to denounce the despicable acts ofhypersurveillance global from the NSA?
Even though he shouldn’t have even stooped to answer, Snowden made it clear to the rude disrupter that he didn’t didn’t believe for a second that Craig Wright is Satoshi:
“(…) Remember two weeks ago when the Court [de justice d’Oslo (Norvège)] claimed that Hodlonaut calling you a “pathetic crook”, a “cringe”, “clearly mentally ill” and (repeatedly) a “fraudster” was acceptable [pour la justice (pas de diffamation)] ? And ordered you to pay $348,257 [de dédommagements à Hodlonaut] ? (…)”
Edward Snowden thus refers to the very recent lawsuit won by Hodlonaut. The latter had been violently harassed (notably judicially) by Craig Wright for calling him a “liar”. And other qualifiers mentioned above. The one we call “Faketoshi” (the fake Satoshi) has never worn his nickname so well. Snowden closes the discussion by simply saying: “This guy can’t even cheat properly. It’s just embarrassing. ». Indeed, CSW only “revealed” (without proof) in 2016, so it would be remain anonymous for 8 years!
