(Boursier.com) — By letter received on December 14 at the AMF, the simplified joint stock company Vatel Capital, acting on behalf of the Vatel Remploi fund which it manages, declared having crossed upwards, on December 12, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights ofAegis. On behalf of the fund, it holds 1,207,502 Egide shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 7.43% of the capital and 7.4% of the voting rights of the company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the subscription to a capital increase of the company Egide.
