The Egide Group (Euronext Paris™- Compartment C – ISIN: FR0000072373), announces the appointment of Terry TOH to take over the management of the Cambridge plant (Maryland, USA).
He takes over from Kirk WILLIAMSON, who has decided to pursue his career outside the Group.
This appointment has been effective since June 1, 2022.
