(CercleFinance.com) – Egide announces today that the potential buyer of its American subsidiaries with which it had signed an exclusive agreement until the end of May 2023, has ended its discussions with Egide.
‘ The Egide Group remains determined to sell its subsidiaries in the USA. It is pursuing other discussions and plans to call on an investment bank to optimize the sale of its subsidiaries in the USA,” the group indicates.
Egide explains that such a reorganization would allow it to strengthen its financial structure and refocus on its position as a key player in France and Europe in the fields of defense and aerospace.
