(CercleFinance.com) – The simplified joint stock company iXcore Group declared that, on December 14, 2023, it crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Egide and held 1,381,139 Egide shares representing as much of voting rights, i.e. 8.49% of the capital and 8.47% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from the subscription to a capital increase of the company Egide.
