of financial report annual 2021
Egide announces that it has made available to the public and filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers its annual financial report as of December 31, 2021.
The 2021 Annual Financial Report can be viewed on the Group’s website : www.egide-group.com in the Finance/Financial Information/Financial Reports section
It was drawn up in the single European electronic format “ European Single Electronics Format(ESEF) in XBRL and in PDF format (reproduction of the official version of the 2021 Annual Financial Report in ESEF format).
The following documents, distributed under Article 222-3 of the AMF General Regulations concerning regulated information, are included in the annual financial report:
- The certificate of the person responsible for the report,
- The activity report for the 2021 financial year,
- The consolidated financial statements for the 2021 financial year,
- The annual accounts for the 2021 financial year,
- The Statutory Auditors’ report on the 2021 consolidated financial statements
- The report of the statutory auditors on the 2021 financial statements.
