Scheduled for May 31, 2024, the publication of the 2023 annual financial report has been postponed in order to allow the Statutory Auditors to finalize their audit work in the best possible conditions. Anxious to provide the most complete and reliable financial information possible to its shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Egide Group has decided to prioritize the quality and rigor of controls over the initially set schedule.
Consequently, the Combined General Meeting, initially scheduled for June 27, 2024, is postponed to July 25, 2024. This new date will allow shareholders to read the 2023 annual financial report before the meeting.
