Ehpad: Korian and Orpea tumble again on the stock market

The two groups are unraveling following the ongoing search of Orpea’s headquarters and the filing of complaints from families of Korian residents.

The shares of retirement home managers unscrewed Wednesday on the Paris Stock Exchange after an ongoing search at the headquarters of Orpea and the filing of complaints from families of residents of the Korian group. Around 4 p.m., the Korian share fell 9.88% to 16.87 euros and the Orpea share fell 2.3% to 24.67 euros in a market down slightly by 0.67%. Since the beginning of the year, the Orpea share has lost more than 72% and that of Korian more than 38%.

They were filed in Aix-en-Provence, Bobigny, Bourges, Le Mans, Marseille, Nantes, Niort, Paris, Pau and Versailles.
