Eiffage anticipates 2024 net income of the same order as in 2023


(AOF) – Eiffage generated consolidated revenue of nearly 5.2 billion euros in the first quarter of 2024, up 4.9% compared to the first quarter of 2023. In Works, activity is progressing by 4.8% and stands at 4.3 billion euros. The Works order book amounts to 27.8 billion euros as of March 31, 2024, up 40% year-on-year (+7% over 3 months) and represents 18.1 months of activity for the Works branches. .

The group anticipates for 2024, in Works, a further increase in its activity, less sustained in its organic dynamics than in 2023, in a still selective approach to taking on business.

In the “Concessions” activity, he expects a turnover to also increase thanks to a further increase in airport traffic, the rise of the most recent motorway concessions and the consolidation of Adelac (A41) by global integration.

In this context, the group expects an increase in current operating income in Works, driven in particular by further growth in the operating margin of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes.

Overall, the group’s net income could be of the same order as in 2023.
