(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared that it had crossed downward, on November 30, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the company Eiffage and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5,905,493 Eiffage shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 6.03% of the capital and 4.94% of the voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from a sale of Eiffage shares on the market and a reduction in the number of Eiffage shares held as collateral.
