(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on June 13 from the AMF, the company BlackRock, Inc. acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it crossed upwards, on June 10, 2022, the threshold of 5% of the capital ofEiffage. It holds, on behalf of these clients and funds, 4,975,303 Eiffage shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.08% of the capital and 4.11% of the company’s voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Eiffage shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
