(Boursier.com) — The group Eiffage announced that more than 57,000 employees have subscribed to its latest capital increase which was reserved for them through the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2024.
The capital increase amounts to nearly 239 ME with the issue of 2,463,500 new shares (representing 2.51% of the number of shares in circulation), at the unit subscription price of 96.951 euros per share before taking. taking into account the 20% discount.
The Eiffage board of directors has decided to cancel as many treasury shares through a capital reduction.
At the end of these operations, the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2024 will hold 3.14% of the capital of Eiffage
