(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage, via Eiffage Immobilier (subsidiary of Eiffage Construction), announces today the recent signing (October 20) of a real estate development contract with the CCI Hérault relating to the construction of the future campus in the ZAC Cambacérès in Montpellier.
The real estate project represents an investment of 100 million euros and concerns a set of three R+7 buildings which will stretch over some 30,000 m2 and will bring together the Montpellier Business School management school (22,000 m2), the headquarters of the CCI Hérault (2,000 m2), the regional branch of the CCI Occitanie (2,000 m2) as well as the Purple Campus training center
Montpellier and its regional headquarters (4,000 m2).
Last July, the project obtained the Silver level BDO (Sustainable Building Occitanie) label, which is based on 300 sustainable development criteria, explains Eiffage.
The work, which will begin in early 2024, will be carried out by Eiffage Construction for delivery scheduled for fall 2026.
