(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage Immobilier announces that it has delivered ‘Le Chambertin’, a mixed real estate complex located within the ZAC Vallée des Vignes in Amiens, which will house offices, shops and restaurants on more than 17,000 m² of land.
On this new space have been built commercial cells as well as office spaces, divided into two buildings in R+3, on a total surface area of nearly 6,150 m2.
The first building offers 2,500 m² of restaurants on the ground floor and 1,900 m² of tertiary activities on the upper floors, including 1,300 m² intended for human resources activities and 650 m² belonging to the French Building Federation.
The second building offers 1,750 m² of office space, i.e. 6 cells dedicated to medical, training and finance activities.
Regarding parking, 253 places have been planned in the project.
