(CercleFinance.com) – The construction and concessions group Eiffage indicated on Friday evening that more than 57,000 employees have subscribed, through the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2024, to its capital increase reserved for employees announced on February 28. .
This operation resulted in a capital increase of more than 238.8 million euros and the issue of 2,463,500 new shares, representing 2.51% of the number of shares in circulation.
The board of directors subsequently decided to cancel 2,463,500 treasury shares, thus maintaining the capital at 98 million shares. At the end of these operations, the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2024 will hold 3.14% of the capital.
