(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage announces that Valenciennes Métropole has concluded part of the landscaping requalification contract with Expercité, a brand of the Eiffage group.
The idea is to improve the surroundings of the Cuvinot mining town in Onnaing and Vicq, by burying the various networks within the residential area.
‘By December 2025, our experts will have to build 4 km of common trench to bury the networks: low voltage, public lighting, telecom (Orange) and video surveillance. They will also have to provide for the resumption of 390 electrical connections, install 156 LED candelabra and remove 3.5 km of overhead networks, as well as 60 concrete poles, ”says Eiffage.
The purpose of these works is to improve the living environment of the inhabitants of this 24-hectare mining town.
