(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to holding more than 80% of the Sun’R Group, an operation which will be carried out by buying back existing shares simultaneously with a capital increase fully subscribed by Eiffage.
Company with a mission, Sun’R Group relies on the development and production of photovoltaic electricity, the dynamic agrivoltaism embodied by Sun’Agri, and the supply of green electricity in short, transparent and traced circuits with Volterres.
Through this acquisition, Eiffage intends to accelerate its deployment in renewable energies. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022, subject to the usual conditions precedent and regulations.
