(AOF) – Eiffage, Natixis and Oddo BHF SCA signed on November 24, 2023, an amendment no. 2 to the liquidity and market monitoring contract dated June 22, 2018, relating to its ordinary shares admitted to trading on Euronext Paris , in accordance with AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 establishing liquidity contracts on equity securities as an accepted market practice. Still within the limits of AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021, Eiffage decides to increase the resources of the liquidity contract by 3 million euros.
The position after the provision of these new resources as of November 24, 2023 will be 99,917 securities and more than 10 million euros.
