(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage Construction is launching work on the ambitious Cité Administrative de Lyon, in the heart of the Part-Dieu district.
This operation is part of a vast investment plan launched by the State, with a view to upgrading – or creating – a good number of infrastructures of this type throughout the territory.
This is the 2nd MPGP (Global Public Performance Market) won by the Eiffage Construction teams concerning the administrative cities of Haut-Rhin and Rhône.
‘Won in the summer of 2021, the operation responds to the need to optimize living and working places, as well as environmental and energy issues thanks to different construction methods, materials and labels’ indicates the group.
‘Over 19,000 m2, the working environment will be generous and friendly, comfortable, flexible, with a new architectural identity that is both strong and remarkable while remaining consistent with the Part Dieu style. It will be bright, open to the city, and green and will offer more than 3,000 m2 of outdoor space,’ adds the group.
