(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage, through Kropman, the Dutch subsidiary of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, recently acquired a majority stake in Harwig and Eltra.
Kropman has acquired 70% of Harwig, a company specializing in the design and construction of electrical installations, particularly fire safety, as well as in services and maintenance. In 2021, it achieved a turnover of 26.7 million euros.
Kropman also acquired 65% of the company Eltra, which operates in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial automation systems, as well as electrical control. Eltra, which has 60 employees, achieved 11.4 million euros in turnover in 2021.
Having acquired a 51% stake in Kropman in 2018, Eiffage strengthened its presence in the company last April by increasing its stake to 65.7%. The Kropman company, historically established in the Netherlands, achieved a turnover of 188 million euros in 2021 and employs 800 people.
