(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage has won the renovation contract for the ‘Cristallis’ project in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The value of the contract amounts to more than 92 million euros.
The site is made up of three buildings, for a total floor area of more than 25,000 m².
The renovation work on this complex includes the extension and raising of one of the buildings, the replacement of the facades, the construction of technical trades and foundation work.
The future complex will consist of offices, an inter-company restaurant, an auditorium, a co-working space and a wellness area spread over nine levels in the superstructure as well as nearly 300 parking spaces distributed on seven basement levels.
