Eiffage: Success of the capital increase reserved for employees















(Boursier.com) — Eiffage announced on February 23, 2022 a capital increase reserved for Group employees in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Senegal. More than 53,000 employees have subscribed to this new campaign through the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2022.
The capital increase amounts to 185,524,342 euros and consists of the issue of 1,942,683 new shares (representing 1.98% of the number of shares in circulation), at a unit subscription price of 95.499 euros per share before taking into account the discount. As a result, the company’s capital was temporarily increased from 392,000,000 euros to 399,770,732 euros divided into 99,942,683 shares with a nominal value of 4 euros.

The Board of Directors of Eiffage subsequently and on the same day decided to proceed with the cancellation of 1,942,683 treasury shares by capital reduction, thereby reducing the capital to 392,000,000 euros divided into 98,000,000 shares with a nominal value of 4 euros.

The main characteristics of the capital increase were the subject of a press release dated February 23, 2022.
Following these operations, the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2022 will hold 2.48% of the company’s capital.
