(CercleFinance.com) – Eiffage announces that it has concluded, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, an agreement to acquire 70% of Snef Telecom, a subsidiary of Snef and a leading national player in the French mobile telecommunications market.
“This acquisition allows Eiffage Énergie Systèmes to enter the fast-growing mobile telecommunications market, driven by the development of 5G technologies,” explains the construction and concessions group.
Snef Telecom achieved a turnover of nearly 200 million euros in 2021, with around 1,000 employees spread throughout the territory. This acquisition is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022, subject to customary conditions.
