(Boursier.com) — Society of the Eiffel Tower and vinci Immobilier have launched, through a Property Development Contract (CPI), a revaluation program in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon (8 rue Dauphiné).

Developed over more than 12,500 m2, this project aims to create a new landscaped and innovative living space, bringing together a mix of uses: offices, co-living accommodation and a student residence.

This set will be delivered in the 3rd quarter of 2024.

Property of the Société de La Tour Eiffel since 2018, this site, on a plot of 7,600 m2, initially housed an office building with a surface area of 5,500 m2, the demolition of which has just been completed. The project will develop 5,000 m(2) of offices, an 86-unit student residence retroceded to a Lyon social landlord and a 146-unit co-living residence. The latter will be operated by Bikube, a subsidiary of Vinci Immobilier. A hybrid living space, this first Bikube residence in France will offer flexible accommodation centered on conviviality and services. Integrated into the local fabric and neighborhood life, it will offer a coworking space and a restaurant-bar open to the public. The apartments, from studios to 3-room apartments, will be fully equipped and furnished and each floor will have a spacious co-living space consisting of a shared kitchen and living room. Many included and à la carte services will be offered.
