(CercleFinance.com) – The Société de la Tour Eiffel announces a new urban logistics operation in Bobigny. The new project, supported by LILK, a trademark registered by the Société de La Tour Eiffel, concerns the delivery of a new activity hotel by the beginning of 2025.
Located on a plot of approximately 9,000 m², owned by La Société de La Tour Eiffel since 2009, this new multi-storey activity hotel will offer ‘optimal accessibility thanks to its intra-A86 location and its immediate proximity to the A3, from the N3 and the ring road ‘.
Designed to offer great versatility and accommodate a variety of tenants, the building will offer an activity area of nearly 8,000 m² including 12 modular lots from 100 m² to 1,550 m².
‘This project illustrates the determination of the Société de La Tour Eiffel to implement sustainable urban logistics both environmentally and for the economic development of the territories,’ declared Christel Zordan, general director of the Société de la Tour Eiffel .
