The General Assembly of
EKINOPS (Euronext Paris – FR0011466069 – EKI)
a leading provider of telecommunications solutions dedicated to telecommunications operators and businesses, took place this Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the company’s new headquarters in Lannion, under the chairmanship of Didier Brédy, Chairman and CEO, and in the presence of the Statutory Auditors.
The shareholders of Ekinops notably approved the corporate and consolidated accounts for the 2023 financial year ending December 31, 2023, the transfer of the head office, now located at 10 rue Édouard Branly in Lannion, or the resolution relating to the purchase by the company of its own shares.
In its meeting of May 23, 2024 immediately following the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of the same day, the Board of Directors of Ekinops decided to implement the share buyback program authorized by this General Meeting, in application articles L22-10-62 et seq. of the Commercial Code, articles 241-1 to 241-5 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (“AMF”), and European Regulation No. 596/2014 of Parliament European and Council of April 16, 2014. This share buyback program was the subject of a description in the 2023 universal registration document published on March 26, 2024 on the company’s website ( www.ekinops .com), Investors tab, Financial documents and regulated information section.
The results of the votes for each resolution will be posted online, within the time limits provided by law, on the Ekinops website (www.ekinops.com), Investors tab, General Meetings section.
